Prices in USD; VAT or sales tax is added where it applies and shown before you pay. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders and handles payment, invoices and refunds. By subscribing you agree to our terms and refund policy (full refund within 14 days of the first payment) and to Paddle's buyer terms.

Online payment is not switched on for this deployment yet. Pay by bank transfer instead: request an invoice under the plan you want, and the plan is activated when the transfer arrives.

Questions

Can we pay by bank transfer?: Yes. Request an invoice: we send a pro-forma invoice within two working days, and the plan is activated when the transfer arrives. This also works for organisations that cannot pay by card.
Prefer to pay by bank transfer?
How is the purchasing-power price decided?: By country, grouped by World Bank income classification. Group A pays the list price; groups B, C and D pay 60%, 40% and 35% of it. In groups C and D the NGO plan is billed yearly only, so that card fees do not eat a small monthly charge. Pro is not adjusted. This page shows the price for the country on your account; at checkout Paddle applies the price for the country of your billing address.
Who takes the payment?: Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle processes the payment, issues the invoice and handles tax and refunds; we never see your card details.
Can I cancel?: Yes, any time from the account page through the billing portal. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period. If you are not happy, you get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment; see the refund policy.
The payment window does not open.: Some internet providers, for example in Tajikistan, block Paddle. Switch on secure DNS (DNS over HTTPS) in your browser's settings or use another network, or write to support@fundingcalls.org.
What counts as a screening or a draft?: A screening runs your profile against every live call at once; a draft is one concept note for one call. Quotas reset on the first of each month.
Do you write the proposal for us?: No. The draft is a starting point built from the call text and your profile. It carries a disclosure line, and we flag donors that reject AI-written applications. You remain responsible for what you submit.
