How to Submit Your Application:You must email your ICDBG-IT application to: ONAP-ICDBG@hud.gov Also send a copy to your ONAP Area Office.Important: Do not submit your ICDBG-IT application through Grants.gov. Applicant types: Others (see text field entitled "Additional Information on Eligibility" for clarification)
Eligible applicants are Tribes and Tribal organizations as described in the ICDBG regulations at 24 CFR §1003.5. Tribal organizations must submit a copy of their eligibility determination with the application unless they have already submitted such documentation to HUD previously. There is no limit on the number of applications an eligible applicant can make under this announcement. Individuals, foreign entities, and sole proprietorship organizations are not eligible to compete for, or receive, awards made under this announcement.
